We're just really, really into Chicago deep dish.

You know the kind where you're sitting there, waiting what feels like forever for your pizza, and when it finally arrives, you get it. The thick, buttery crust. The cheese that stretches for days. That rich tomato sauce on top. It's not just different, it's better.

 

So we thought, why shouldn't people here get to experience that?

 

We opened Hello Chicago because deep dish deserves more love, and because every neighbourhood needs a spot where you can grab a cold beer, settle in, and actually enjoy a meal that takes its time. No rushing. No compromising. Just really good pizza made the way it's supposed to be made.

 

Yeah, it takes 30-40 minutes. Yeah, you'll probably need a fork. And yeah, you're going to want to come back.

Our internationally trained chefs who are passionate for what they do will tell you deep dish is simple. Getting that crust perfectly flaky, that cheese melted just right, that sauce balanced and bright? That takes skill. And yeah, maybe a little obsession. They're in the kitchen every day, tweaking, tasting, making sure every pizza that leaves our oven is exactly what it should be.
